Privacy Policy and GDPR
Your data security is our priority. This document explains how we collect, process, and protect your information at Aumixys.
1. Data Controller
The controller of your personal data is AUMIXYS, email: aumixys@aumixys.com.
2. What data do we collect?
- Account data: Email address, password (encrypted).
- Technical data: IP address, browser and operating system data (for analytical and security purposes).
- Audio files: Files uploaded for analysis are stored temporarily only for processing and are deleted automatically after the analysis is completed or after a processing error. Saved reports may include metrics, the file name, file size, and a technical checksum, but they do not include the audio file itself.
3. Purpose of processing
We process data to:
- Provide the audio analysis service and maintain the User account.
- Newsletter: Users who sign in accept receiving the Aumixys newsletter (updates, new features, and educational materials). This information is shown on the sign-in page. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at aumixys@aumixys.com.
- Handle financial settlements and realize payments (legal basis: performance of a contract).
- Ensure service security and prevent abuse.
- Technical communication (e.g., notification after batch analysis is completed).
4. AI Tips and audio privacy
The AI Tips feature uses only derived numerical analysis data, such as LUFS, dynamic range, peak levels, stereo balance, spectral balance, and other report metrics. The actual audio file is never sent to external AI APIs, is not used to train AI models, and is deleted after the analysis is completed.
5. Data Transfer
Your data may be transferred only to trusted technical partners:
- Hosting: Webh.pl (servers located in Poland, NVMe KVM).
- Payments: Lemon Squeezy, LLC — acting as a Merchant of Record (MoR), handling payment processing, invoicing, and subscription management.
- Billing details: To process payments, billing data is transferred to Lemon Squeezy and processed in accordance with that provider's privacy practices.
We never sell your data or uploaded tracks to third parties.
6. Your Rights
According to GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your data and receive a copy of it.
- Rectify or delete data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict processing or object to it.
- File a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Cookies
The application uses necessary cookies to maintain your login session and anonymous analytical cookies that help us improve analysis algorithms.
