Terms of Service

Welcome to Aumixys. Before using our services, please read these Terms carefully. Using the Application implies acceptance of these terms.

1. Definitions

• Application: The Aumixys web service available at [SITE_ADDRESS].
• Service Provider: AUMIXYS based in Poland, email: aumixys@aumixys.com.
• User: Any individual or legal entity using the Application.
• Analysis: The process of technical audio file processing to generate analytical data.

2. Rules of Use

The User agrees to use the Application in accordance with the law and good practices. It is forbidden to:

• Upload content that violates the copyrights of third parties.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Application's code.
• Use the Application in a way that excessively burdens the server (e.g., via automated scripts).

3. Account, Sign-In, and Newsletter

Signing in to or registering in the Application means accepting the Terms, the Privacy Policy, and receiving the Aumixys newsletter.

• The newsletter may include information about Aumixys updates, new features, educational materials, and messages related to the development of the Application.
• The information about receiving the newsletter is shown on the Application sign-in page.
• The User may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by contacting the Service Provider at aumixys@aumixys.com.
• Details on personal data processing related to the newsletter are described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Plans and Payments

The Application offers three plans: Free, Normal, and Premium. The detailed scope of features and limits is also shown on the pricing page and in the User account panel, while the basic scope of each plan is described below.

• Payment processing, invoicing, and subscription management are handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as the Merchant of Record.
• By purchasing, the User enters into a sales agreement for payment handling and billing directly with Lemon Squeezy.
• The subscription renews automatically every month/year unless the User cancels it.
• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the "Account" section in Aumixys or through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, if available for that subscription.
• The User has the right to a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not started using paid features (e.g., generated a full analysis).

The basic scope of plans and limits is as follows:

• Free: 1 full analysis per day, up to 3 saved reports in history, basic access to single-track analysis, Auto-Fix A/B preview without downloading the fixed file, with no standalone A/B comparison module, no Batch, and no PDF/JSON export.
• Normal: up to 20 full analyses per 30 days, up to 30 saved reports in history, up to 5 Audio Fix uses per 30 days, access to A/B comparison, full AI Tips, and PDF/JSON export; the plan does not include the Batch feature.
• Premium: unlimited analyses, unlimited saved-report history, up to 15 Audio Fix uses per 30 days, access to A/B comparison, Batch, full AI Tips, and PDF/JSON export.
• Analysis limits, Audio Fix usage limits, and saved-report history limits are separate limits and may be enforced independently.

5. Liability

We make every effort to ensure that Analyses are accurate, however:

• Analyses are for informational purposes and do not replace professional mastering engineer opinion.
• The Service Provider is not responsible for artistic or technical decisions made based on Application data.
• The Service Provider does not guarantee the Application will work without interruptions (maintenance work).

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to algorithms, graphics, the Aumixys name, and the Application code belong to the Service Provider. The User retains full rights to the uploaded audio files — the Application processes them solely to perform analysis.

7. Final Provisions

The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms. Users will be informed of changes via email or an in-app message.
