Terms of Service
Welcome to Masterlytics. Before using our services, please read these Terms carefully. Using the Application implies acceptance of these terms.
1. Definitions
- Application: The Masterlytics web service available at [SITE_ADDRESS].
- Service Provider: SONARIQ based in Poland, email: kontakt@sonariq.eu.
- User: Any individual or legal entity using the Application.
- Analysis: The process of technical audio file processing to generate analytical data.
2. Rules of Use
The User agrees to use the Application in accordance with the law and good practices. It is forbidden to:
- Upload content that violates the copyrights of third parties.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Application's code.
- Use the Application in a way that excessively burdens the server (e.g., via automated scripts).
3. Plans and Payments
The Application offers a free basic analysis and paid subscription packages (Normal, Premium).
- Payments are processed via external operators Paddle or Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record).
- The subscription renews automatically every month/year unless the User cancels it.
- The User has the right to a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not started using paid features (e.g., generated a full analysis).
4. Liability
We make every effort to ensure that Analyses are accurate, however:
- Analyses are for informational purposes and do not replace professional mastering engineer opinion.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for artistic or technical decisions made based on Application data.
- The Service Provider does not guarantee the Application will work without interruptions (maintenance work).
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to algorithms, graphics, the Sonariq name, and the Application code belong to the Service Provider. The User retains full rights to the uploaded audio files — the Application processes them solely to perform analysis.
6. Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms. Users will be informed of changes via email or an in-app message.
